Salon Policies

At Bespoke Beauty Collective, our goal is to provide a relaxing, elevated, and professional experience for every guest. These policies allow us to protect our stylists’ time, respect our guests, and maintain the quality of service we are committed to providing.

Children

Children are welcome in the salon when they are receiving a scheduled service of their own.

For your child’s safety, and to help us maintain a relaxing experience for all guests, we kindly ask that children not be present in the salon when they are not receiving a service. This includes children in strollers, empty salon chairs, or sitting in your lap during your appointment.

We know your children are wonderful, and we appreciate your understanding and support of this policy. Please make any necessary childcare arrangements prior to your visit.

Card on File

A valid card may be required to reserve an appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a booking fee or deposit is required.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation, late cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies. If a fee applies, the card on file may be charged according to the policy.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be changed. In order to respect the time of our stylists and other guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Any cancellation, late cancellation, or no-show fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

Thank you for being courteous to your stylist and to other guests.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service in order to protect the timing and experience of the rest of our guests.

If we are unable to complete your scheduled service due to late arrival, the cancellation policy may apply.

Booking Fees

Some appointments may require a booking fee in order to reserve the appointment time. Booking fees are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside of the required 48-hour notice window, the booking fee may be transferred one time to a future appointment.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours, same-day reschedules, or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee and may also be subject to the cancellation or no-show policy.

Booking fees may be required for longer appointments, new guest color appointments, lived-in color, transformation services, grey blending, corrective color, and specialty services.

Appointment Timing

Your appointment is reserved for the service booked. Additional services may not be available at the time of your appointment unless they were scheduled in advance.

If your desired result requires more time than originally booked, your stylist may adjust the service, provide a new quote, or recommend scheduling an additional appointment.

Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices and may vary by stylist, hair length, hair density, product usage, color history, and desired result.

Your stylist will discuss pricing with you during your consultation. Additional color, lightener, gloss, treatment, product usage, or extra time may result in an additional charge.

For large color projects, transformations, corrective color, and extension services, a consultation may be required before an accurate price can be provided.

Prices do not include gratuity.

Hair History

Accurate hair history is essential for the best and safest result. Please disclose any previous color, lightener, box dye, smoothing treatments, perms, extensions, medications that may affect the hair, hard water exposure, or at-home chemical services.

Bespoke Beauty Collective is not responsible for unexpected results caused by inaccurate or incomplete hair history.

Color & Transformation Expectations

Major color changes, grey blending, and corrective color services require realistic expectations and may take multiple sessions to achieve safely.

Final results depend on your current hair, color history, previous chemical services, at-home products, hair condition, maintenance habits, and inspiration photos provided. While we will always do our best to get you as close as possible to your goal, we cannot guarantee an exact match to inspiration photos.

The health and integrity of your hair will always be our priority.

If your hair history, current color, length, density, or desired result requires more time than originally booked, your stylist may recommend adjusting your appointment, changing the service, or scheduling an additional appointment.

Chemical Services

All chemical services carry some level of risk, especially when previous color, lightener, box dye, medications, minerals, hard water, heat damage, or unknown hair history are present.

Your stylist will always prioritize the health and integrity of your hair. In some cases, your goal may require multiple sessions or may not be achievable in one appointment.

Extension Services

Extension services require a consultation before booking. During your consultation, we will discuss your hair goals, method options, color matching, package pricing, maintenance schedule, home care, and expected longevity.

Extensions are priced as a package. Your package price may include the extension hair, installation, blending, styling, and any additional services discussed during your consultation.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your extension installation appointment and order extension hair. Extension hair will not be ordered until the deposit has been paid.

Extension deposits are non-refundable once the hair has been ordered.

The remaining balance is due at the time of installation.

Extension hair purchases are final sale and non-refundable once ordered.

If an extension appointment is canceled, rescheduled late, or missed after hair has been ordered, the deposit may be forfeited and additional cancellation or no-show fees may apply.

Move-up, reinstall, and maintenance appointments must be scheduled within the recommended timeframe to protect the health of your natural hair and the quality of your extensions.

We are not responsible for damage, matting, shedding, slipping, shortened wear, or extension issues caused by improper home care, missed maintenance appointments, use of unapproved products, excessive heat, swimming, hard water, or services performed outside of Bespoke Beauty Collective.

Home Care Responsibility

Professional results are best maintained with proper home care. Your stylist will recommend products and maintenance timing based on your service, hair type, and hair goals.

We cannot guarantee the longevity of color, extensions, smoothing treatments, blonding, grey blending, or lived-in color results if recommended home care is not followed, if unapproved products are used, or if additional chemical services are performed outside of our salon.

This includes, but is not limited to, box color, at-home lightener, toning shampoos used incorrectly, hard water exposure, chlorine, excessive heat styling, and non-professional products.

Service Adjustments

We make every effort to ensure you are happy with your experience at Bespoke Beauty Collective.

If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon or within 48 hours of your appointment. If an adjustment is needed, it must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.

Adjustments are intended to refine the original goal discussed during your consultation. They do not include a change of mind, a new color direction, additional services, or requests that were not part of the original appointment.

All services are non-refundable.

Corrective or adjustment services must be related to the original service performed. This guarantee does not apply to services altered by another stylist or salon, at-home color or chemical work, improper home care, or results affected by products or services performed outside of Bespoke Beauty Collective.

Product Returns

Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Opened products may be eligible for exchange or salon credit at our discretion if there is a product defect or reaction concern.

Hot tools, brushes, accessories, extension hair, special-order items, and clearance items are final sale.

Photos & Social Media

We may take photos or videos of your hair before, during, or after your appointment for consultation, education, portfolio, or social media purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed or shared on social media, please let your stylist know before your service begins.

Right to Refuse or Modify Services

Bespoke Beauty Collective reserves the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a service if we feel the requested service may compromise the health of your hair, cannot be completed safely, was booked incorrectly, or is not aligned with the consultation.

We also reserve the right to refuse service due to disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior toward our team or other guests.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, and approved salon payment options when available.

Prices do not include gratuity.

Any unpaid balances, cancellation fees, no-show fees, booking fees, or deposits must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
